Luay Jum’a is an Associate Professor of Logistics and
Supply Chain Management (SCM) at the German Jordanian University (GJU). He
holds a Ph.D. in SCM from Brunel University and an MSc in Marketing Management
from the University of Surrey in the United Kingdom, both institutions renowned
for their management programs. He has been ranked among the top 10 scientists
in Business & Management in the fields of Decision Science and Operations
Management in Jordan by the 2024/2025 World Scientists Rankings. He was also
recognized by Emerald Publishing as one of the top authors affiliated with
GJU. Dr. Jum’a has published more than 30 articles in prestigious journals
such as the International Journal of Production Economics, Computers
& Industrial Engineering, Business
Strategy and the Environment, Sustainability, and Logistics Journal, all
of which are indexed and ranked by SSCI, Scopus, ABS, and ABDC. In addition to
his prolific publication record, Dr. Jum’a serves as an academic reviewer for
leading journals. His research focuses on supply chain management, logistics
operations, disruptive technologies, and sustainability.
Ahmed Adnan Zaid is an Associate Professor of Operations and Supply Chain Management in the Department of Management at the University of Nizwa, Oman. Currently, he serves as the Program Coordinator for the B.Sc. in Operations Management at the University of Nizwa. Previously, he worked as an Associate Professor in the Department of Logistics Management at Palestine Technical University-Kadoorie, Tulkarm, Palestine. His research interests include supply chain management, green human resource management, sustainability, Optimization, Industry 4.0 technologies, and quality engineering.
Mohammed Azzam Othman is an Associate Professor in the Industrial Engineering Department at An-Najah National University in Nablus, Palestine. His doctoral research focused on developing mathematical models that integrate human factors into workforce planning. His research interest is in green human resource management, sustainable supply chain optimization, and adopting Industry 4.0 technologies.
