Author Biographies

Ya-Wen Chan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Health and Creative Vegetarian Science at Fo Guang University, Taiwan. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from Yuan Ze University. Her research interests include consumer behavior, health promotion, vegetarian lifestyle studies, and sustainable consumption. Dr. Chan integrates interdisciplinary approaches in her academic work, aiming to promote well-being and environmental awareness through research and education.
CheHan Hsu is currently an Assistant Researcher at the Science and Technology Policy Research and Information Center (STPI), part of the National Institutes of Applied Research (NIAR), in Taiwan. He holds a Ph.D. in Management. His research interests lie in consumer behavior, structural equation modeling (SEM), social sciences, and the study of purchase and usage intentions. Dr. Hsu has engaged in interdisciplinary research projects that combine statistical modeling with policy analysis to better understand public responses to technology and sustainability issues. His work contributes to the development of data-driven insights in the fields of science and technology policy.
Shiuh-Sheng Hsu is an Associate Researcher at the Science and Technology Policy Research and Information Center (STPI), part of the National Institutes of Applied Research (NIAR), in Taiwan. His research focuses on science and technology policy, innovation systems, and policy evaluation. With extensive experience in research and policy analysis, Dr. Hsu has contributed to numerous national-level projects and policy recommendations in the fields of science and innovation. His work emphasizes evidence-based approaches to support strategic planning and decision-making in terms of public policy.
