Dr. Yuan Sen Hu is the Vice Dean at the School of Bioengineering, Henan University of Technology. He received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees at Henan Agricultural University in 1999 and 2002, respectively. He completed his Ph.D. studies in Microbiology at Nanjing Agricultural University in 2005. His main research interests are grain storage biology and food microbiology.
