Krassie Petrova is a Senior Research Lecturer the School of Engineering, Computer and Mathematical Sciences, Auckland University of Technology. She has over 10 years of international experience of consulting in information systems development and management, and over 15 years of university teaching in information systems, programming, information security, and data communications and computer networks. Krassie has published and presented in New Zealand and internationally. Her research areas include digital service and application adoption, business models and project management, information security, AI/ML applications, cloud and mobile computing, and education and curriculum development.
Nikola Kirilov Kasabov is a Life Fellow of the IEEE, a Fellow of the Royal Society of New Zealand, a Fellow of the INNS College of Fellows, and DVF of the Royal Academy of Engineering UK. He has a Doctor Honoris Causa from Obuda University, Budapest. He is the Founding Director of KEDRI and Professor Emeritus at Auckland University of Technology, New Zealand. He is also a Visiting Professor at the IICT Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and Dalian University, China. He is the Science Leader of a data science project between New Zealand and Singapore (2020–2024). He is the Director of Knowledge engineering, AI, and a member of the advisory board of Conscium.com. He is the past President of the Asia Pacific Neural Network Society (APNNS) and the International Neural Network Society (INNS).
