José Humberto Sánchez Robles has a Doctorate in Biotechnology, with diplomas in Technology-Based Business Administration, Mexican Regulation, and Health Risk Assessment. He has 14 years of experience in the agri-food sector and is the founder and CEO of Grupo Jacher, a company dedicated since its founding in 2017 to the formation of fair trade networks, and marketing organic raw materials for the Mexican agricultural market, as well as various organic products for enhancing pesticides. He is an expert in technology transfer of biotechnology products to the market, change and innovation management, and regulatory issues in the agricultural market in Mexico. He has 10 years of experience in organic product certification under the NOP standards of the United States, COR of Canada, and LPO in Mexico. Leader and collaborator on 27 government-funded business-university technology development projects. Has developed and brought to market 17 products for organic agriculture. Holds one patent on methods for efficient control of fungal diseases in organic agriculture.
