Dr. Hariyanto Gunawan received his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Chung Yuan Christian University. He was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Chang Gung University, from November 2014 to November 2015 and a Postdoctoral Researcher at Smart Manufacturing Research Center, Chung Yuan Christian University, from January 2016 to July 2020. Now he is an Assistant Professor at Chung Yuan Christian University. His research expertise includes smart manufacturing, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, big data analysis, Industry 4.0 applications, real-time monitoring, smart system platform development, and machine tools.
Prof. Wen-Ren Jong received his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University, USA. He is a Distinguished Professor at the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Chung Yuan Christian University. He is also the Director of the Office of Information Technology, CYCU. He was granted the Distinguished Research Professor Award, CYCU, from 2012 to 2018. His research interests include CAD/CAM/CAE, IC Encapsulation, and Mold Design/Manufacturing.
