Ioannis Zervas earned a BS in Business Administration from the
University of Macedonia, Thessaloniki, Greece (2013) and a PhD in
Applied Informatics, focusing on digital skills and workplace
equality. He also holds master degrees in Human Resource Management,
Counseling & Career Guidance, and Applied Informatics. He is
currently a Postdoctoral Researcher in Applied Informatics at the
University of Macedonia, specializing in digital skills development, and
serves as Erasmus+ Coordinator at the Experimental SAEK of Thermi,
Greece. His work has resulted in several publications and conference
presentations. His research interests include digital skills, strategic
HRM, civic engagement, and social inclusion.
