Prof. Dr. Thomas J. Vogl is heading the Department of Adult
and Pediatric Diagnostic, Interventional Radiology at the University Hospital
Frankfurt. He devoted more than 40 years to X-ray diagnostics, interventional
radiology, neuroradiology, and nuclear medicine. In 1982, He graduated from
Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (Germany) with an MD. In 1988, he
obtained the position of Assistant Professor at the University of Munich, in
1992 Associate and Full Professor at the Free University of Berlin (Germany),
and in 1995 Professor at the Humboldt University of Berlin (Germany). He has
been the recipient of several honorary awards and is a member of multiple
national and international radiological and oncological societies. He has
specialized in interventional oncology, vascular procedures, multidetector
computed tomography, MRI, evaluation of contrast agents, and magnetic
resonance-guided procedures.
Dr. Vitali Koch obtained his doctorate at the Heidelberg University in 2013.
He is a fourth-year resident in radiology and a board-certified cardiologist at
Frankfurt University Hospital, Germany. His research focuses on MR elastography
and CT post-processing. His skills and expertise mainly include computed
tomography, magnetic resonance, biomarkers, diagnostic radiology, internal
medicine, cardiology, and imaging.
