Yong-Song Chen is a Professor at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, National Chung Cheng University. He completed his Ph.D. studies in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI, USA. His expertise includes proton exchange membrane fuel cells; high-temperature PEMFCs; and flow batteries.
