The Rev. Dr. Darryl W. Stephens directs the Leadership Academy Preaching Institute of the Greater New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania Annual Conferences of The United Methodist Church and directs the Pennsylvania Academy of Ministry at Lancaster Theological Seminary, Moravian University. He completed his PhD studies in Christian ethics at Emory University and is ordained in The United Methodist Church. He has published over 50 academic articles, chapters, and books. His teaching disciplines include ethics, theology, and leadership, and his interests include ministry, leadership, Methodism, social change, and ecclesial polity. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Association of Leaders in Lifelong Learning for Ministry.
