Ms. Jing Yang is currently pursuing the master's
degree in the School of Remote Sensing and Information Engineering, Wuhan
University, China. Her main research direction is computer vision. She has extensive experience in table extraction
algorithms. This is her first SCI paper submitted as the first author.
Mr. Shengqiang Zhou graduated from the School of
Management at Chongqing Jiaotong University with a Bachelor's degree in
Engineering Cost Management. He currently serves as the Director of the
Engineering Economics Department at China Railway Changjiang Transportation
Design Group Co., Ltd. His main research areas include highway engineering cost
management and bridge construction technology.
Yuchun Huang is currently a
professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Remote Sensing Information
Engineering, Wuhan University. He has long been engaged in research related to
signal/image processing, computer vision, pattern recognition, and other fields
in communication and intelligent transportation.
Mr. Honglin Jiang graduated from the School of
Management at Chongqing Jiaotong University with a Bachelor's degree in
Engineering Management (Engineering Cost). He currently serves as the Deputy
Director of the Engineering Economics Department at China Railway Changjiang
Transportation Design Group Co., Ltd. His main research areas include civil
engineering cost management, technical and economic management, engineering
contract management, and engineering cost consulting and evaluation.
