Jose M. Gonzalez Castro is a senior researcher in the Applied Artificial Intelligence (AAI) unit at Eurecat. He holds a PhD in physics from the University of Pisa (2018). His current research
interests lie in the context of Industry 4.0 and include the early detection of defects in manufacturing. This is oriented towards achieving zero-defect manufacturing and for that, he researches the application of machine learning and artificial intelligence in this field.
