Author Biographies

Ran Liu received B.S. degrees in communication engineering from China University of Petroleum (East China), Qingdao, China, in 2024. He is pursuing an M.S. degree with communications and information systems from Beihang University (BUAA), Beijing, China. His research interests include radar data processing and information fusion.
Xiangqian Li received B.S. degrees from Harbin Institute of Technology, Weihai, China, in 2021. He received M.S. degrees in communications and information systems from Beihang University (BUAA), Beijing, in 2024. He is pursuing a PhD. degree with signal and information processing from Beihang University. His research interests include radar data processing and machine learning.
Prof. Jinping Sun received an M.Sc. degree in communication and information systems and a Ph.D. degree in information and communication engineering from Beihang University, Beijing, China, in 1998 and 2001, respectively. He is currently a Professor at the School of Electronic and Information Engineering, Beihang University. His research interests include statistical signal processing, high-resolution radar signal processing, target tracking, image understanding, and robust beamforming.
Tao Shan (Member, IEEE) was born in 1969. He received a B.S. degree from Xidian University, Xi’an, China, in 1991, and a Ph.D. degree from the Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing, China, in 2004. He is currently a Professor at the School of Information and Electronics, Beijing Institute of Technology. From 2014 to 2015, he was a Senior Visiting Scholar at the Center for Advanced Communications, Villanova University, Villanova, PA, USA. His research interests include radar signal processing and time-frequency (TF) analysis for nonstationary signals. Dr. Shan was a recipient of the First Prize of Science and Technology.
