Terwase Terwas Youngu, Ph.D., is a lecturer in the Department of Geomatics at the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Nigeria, where he specializes in Earth Observation and Geostatistics. He has over 20 years’ experience in lecturing and as an analyst in the geospatial mapping of natural and artificial phenomena. Dr Youngu is a member of professional bodies such as the National Association of Geodesy (NAG), National Association of Surveying & Geoinformatics Lecturers (NASGL), Geoinformation Society of Nigeria (GEOSON), and Environmental Information System – Africa (EIS-AFRICA), among others.
