Kudzai Daisy Kahwenga is a clinical pharmacist and consultant at the Drug and Toxicology Information Services (DaTIS) at the University of Zimbabwe. She obtained her Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) degree from Rhodes University in 2021 and completed a Master of Pharmacy in Clinical Pharmacy at Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University (SMU) in 2024.
Her professional interests lie in psychiatric pharmacy and policy, with a particular focus on the optimisation of pharmacotherapy and the integration of mental health services into primary care, including the decentralisation of psychiatric care to the community level to improve accessibility and continuity of treatment.
