Dr. Trino Armano Zepeda Partida earned his degree in Metallurgical Chemical Engineering from the University of Colima, completed his master’s and doctoral studies in Chemical Engineering at the Faculty of Chemistry of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), and completed multiple research stays in prestigious national and international laboratories. He later completed a two-year postdoctoral fellowship at the Center for Nanosciences and Nanotechnology (CNYN) at UNAM in Ensenada, Baja California. From 2009 to 2010, he joined the Autonomous University of Baja California as a full-time professor and researcher. In 2010, he joined the UNAM National Research Council (CNYN), where he currently works as a full-time "A" senior researcher. He holds a "C" level of incentives from the Performance Award Program for Full-Time Academic Staff and is part of the National System of Researchers (SCNYN), at Level II.
