Prof. Dr. Jae-Won Suh is a professor at the Department of Electronics Engineering at Chungbuk National University. He received a B.S. degree in electronic engineering from Chungbuk National University, Cheongju, Korea, in 1995, and an M.S. and Ph.D. degree in information and communications engineering from Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology (GIST), Gwangju, Korea, in 1997 and 2003, respectively. Prof. Dr. Jae-Won Suh joined LG Elite Mobile Multimedia Laboratories in Seoul, Korea, in 2003. From 2003 to 2004, he was involved in the development of the mobile phone. Since 2004, Prof. Dr. Jae-Won Suh has worked at the Chungbuk National University. His research interests include bio-medical signal processing, content-based signal representation, data hiding, digital video and audio coding, error resilience video coding, advanced video coding techniques, scalable video coding, 3D video coding, and multi-view coding.
Prof. Dr. Yuseok Ban is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Electronics Engineering at Chungbuk National University. He received his B.S. and Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Yonsei University, Seoul, Republic of Korea, in 2010 and 2017, respectively. Prof. Dr. Yuseok Ban was a Senior Researcher at the Agency for Defense Development, Republic of Korea, from 2017 to 2021. He has worked at Chungbuk National University since 2021. His research interests are in machine vision based on machine learning.
