Yu Mei, whose research direction is regional economy and finance, holds the title of professor. She is the deputy director of the Cross-border E-commerce Working Committee of the China Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Enterprise Association, a member of the National Business Foreign Language Professional Committee (BETT), a selected expert in the Expert Database of Social Organizations in Sichuan Province, the director of the Deyang County Economic Development Research Center, and an evaluation expert of the Deyang Social Science Association. She has long been engaged in research in the fields of regional economy and industrial policies. During this period, she has published more than 10 papers publicly, presided over one project of the Humanities and Social Sciences Foundation of the Ministry of Education, and participated in many projects such as key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, general projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and projects of the Humanities and Social Sciences Foundation of the Ministry of Education.

Prof. Dr. Claudio J. Tessone is a professor at the Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technology Group, University of Zurich. He is the co-founder and chairman of the UZH Blockchain Center. He completed his Ph.D. studies in Physics at the Institut Mediterrani d’Estudis Avançats, Universitat de les Illes Balears in 2006. He is the editor-in-chief of Ledger, the oldest and most reputable peer-reviewed journal in the space. He studies blockchains as a paradigm of socio-economic complexity: linking microscopic agent behavior, incentives, and interactions with their large-scale (emergent) properties. His research interests include consensus analysis and modeling, cryptoeconomics, large-scale blockchain analytics and forensics, and the design of token-based economies.
