Mai Al-Ammar is a PhD candidate in Computer Science at the Department of Computer Science, College of Computer and Information Sciences, King Saud University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Her research focuses on natural language processing (NLP) and generative artificial intelligence (GenAI), with a particular interest in research for Arabic, semantic text chunking, and conversational agents. She is also a university lecturer in the Department of Computer Science, College of Computer and Information Science, Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
