Prof. Dr. Zhe Sun received his Ph.D. degree from Zhejiang University in 2015. He is currently an Associate Professor at the Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications. He is also a member of the Postal Communication Specialized Committee of the China Communications Association and a member of the Postal Communication Specialized Committee and Information Communication Network Specialized Committee of the Jiangsu Communications Association. His research interests include evolution computation, differential evolution algorithms, fuzzy logic systems, neural networks, and the blockchain.
