Jian Jin is a Professor in the school of government, Beijing Normal University. His research interests include customer needs analysis, expert selection and recommendation, government data transmission, and policy text analysis. He received his Ph.D. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2013. He has held positions at Cardiff University (UK), the University of Hong Kong, the Institute of Software at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the IBM China Software Development Lab. He has led over ten research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Ministry of Education of China, the Beijing Municipal Health Commission, and the Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of China. He is the author of two books, and his research has been published in leading international and domestic journals and conferences such as Information Processing & Management, International Journal of Production Research, Journal of Engineering Design, Journal of Information Science, WWW, and APWeb.
Li Li is an associate Professor in the School of International Trade and Economics, University of International Business and Economics (UIBE), Beijing. She received her Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Hong Kong. Her research interests include corporate governance, banking, capital markets, and auditing. Her work has been published in journals such as Journal of Banking & Finance, Journal of Business Ethics, Applied Economics, and Asia-Pacific Journal of Accounting & Economics. She has led and participated in several research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China.
