Mohamed Motawea has been an associate professor of Internal Medicine (Diabetes and
Endocrinology) at Mansoura University since October 2019. In 2017, Motawea moved to work in KSA at the Abdullatif Jamil Hospital as the head of the department and as a consultant of internal medicine. Motawea's research topics mainly include diabetic feet, the Charcot foot, nephropathy, microRNA, nanoparticles, the thyroid, diabetic foot ulcers, and neuropathy.
