Viktor Hacker leads the Institute of Chemical Engineering and Environmental Technology at Graz University of Technology, which comprises around seventy staff members. He coordinates hydrogen-related activities at TU Graz and has supervised over 30 doctoral students in the field of hydrogen technology. His scientific contributions have earned him numerous honors, including the Austrian State Prize. He is also a member of the European Commission's newly established Expert Panel on Hydrogen Sustainability and Circularity and is currently focused on manufacturing methods for electrochemical components and innovative hydrogen production processes.
