Xiao-Chun Li (M’08) was born in 1977. She received the B.S. degree in electronic engineering and the M.S. degree in telecommunication and information systems from Tianjin University, Tianjin, China, in 1999 and 2002, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China, in 2007.,Since 2002, she has been a Faculty Member with the Department of Electronic Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, where she is currently a Professor. From 2008 to 2009, she was a Visiting Scholar with the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, GA, USA. Her current research interests include high-speed interconnect modeling, simulation, and optimization.,Dr. Li was a recipient of the First-Class Science and Technology Research Award from the Shanghai Government in 2005, the Excellent Ph.D. Dissertation Award of Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2006, and the National Technology Invention Award of China in 2008.
David Keezer holds a B.S. degree from the University of California, Berkeley, CA, USA, an M.S. degree from the California Institute of Technology, Pasadena, CA, USA, a Ph.D. degree from Carnegie-Mellon University, Pittsburgh, PA, USA, and an M.B.A. degree from the Florida Institute of Technology, Melbourne, FL, USA. He is currently a Chair Professor at the Eastern Institute of Technology. Prior to that, he was an Associate Professor with the University of South Florida, Tampa, FL, USA. His areas of research include the design and test of high-performance electronic systems. He has published more than 200 articles on electronics testing.
