Dr. Feng Zhu obtained his doctorate in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the National University of Singapore in 2016, where he has been working for over five years in the Emerging Infectious Diseases Program. His research focuses on novel pathogen discovery and detection by NGS and machine learning, pan-arbovirus vaccine development, and bat coronavirus discovery and serological investigation in Southeast Asia and worldwide.
