Dr I. G. Ukeni is an expert in leadership and ethics with a keen interest in studying related topics in people management. She is a fellow of the Advanced HE and lectures at Huddersfield Business School. Ijeoma serves in leadership positions in the BAM Leadership & Leadership Development SIG and the OB SIG of the Academy of African Studies.

Dr Shelley Harrington is the director of teaching and learning within the Huddersfield Business School, University of Huddersfield. Shelley specializes in the area of dynamic capabilities, leadership, and personality. She is a fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a member of the Chartered Management Institute.
