Liyuan Wang received B.S. and M.S. degrees in Control Science and Engineering from the Rocket Force University of Engineering, Xi'an, China, in 2021 and 2023, repectively. He is currently working toward a joint Ph.D. degree at the Rocket Force University of Engineering, Beijing, China. His research interests include radar electronic counter-countermeasures and radar polarimetry.
Huafeng He was born in 1976. He received M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the Rocket Force University of Engineering, Xi’an, China, in 2000 and 2004, respectively. He is currently a Professor at the Xi'an Research Institute of Hi-Tech. His research interests include radar electronic counter-countermeasures and test appraisal technology.
