Dr. Xingye Gao has been an Assistant Professor with the National Astronomical Observatories, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), Beijing since 2011. He received a Ph.D. degree in technology and methods of astronomy from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China, in 2016. His research interests focus on virtual reality and planetary remote sensing.
