Fella Boucetta was born on April 10, 1999, in France. She received her Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering in 2020 and her Master's degree in Electric Machine Control in 2022 from Mohamed Khider University of Biskra, Algeria. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Mohamed Khider University and is a member of the Electrical Engineering Laboratory of Biskra (LGEB). Her research interests include electric machine control, wind energy conversion systems, predictive control, intelligent control systems, and advanced control strategies.
