Prof. Dr. Wenjuan Yuan is a Professor at the College of Science, Yunnan Agricultural University, Kunming, China. From 2000 to 2018, she worked at the Yunnan Institute of Food and Drug Supervision and Inspection. She presided over a regional project of the National Natural Science Foundation, a special project of Yunnan Province Agriculture, and a basic application project of the Science and Technology Department of Yunnan Province. Her research field focuses on the research and development of plant natural products. Assisted in the supervision of 5 graduate students: 1 outstanding master's thesis. Supervised 32 undergraduate theses: 1 student published as a core work; 1 outstanding undergraduate thesis. Supervised 13 innovation and entrepreneurship projects: 2 innovation and entrepreneurship projects at the provincial level and 2 at the university level; 7 projects at the university level and 2 at the faculty level.
Prof. Dr. Chengting Zi is a Professor at the College of Food Science and Technology, Yunnan Agricultural University, Kunming, China. He earned his Ph.D. at Yunnan University in 2015. From 2018 to 2020, he worked as an Associate Professor at the Yunnan University. He is also a member of the Chinese Chemical Society. His research field focuses on new drug-related research and development, the development and utilization of functional factors of plateau special food, and studies on intensive processing and quality chemistry of tea.
