Liu Yuqing holds a Ph.D. and is a Professor, Master Supervisor, Vice Dean of College of Engineering Science and Technology at Shanghai Ocean University. From 2002/09~2005/07, he earned his Ph.D. in Structural Engineering from Wuhan University of Science and Technology in China. From 1999/09~2002/07, he earned his M.S. in Control Theory and Control Engineering from Wuhan University of Science and Technology, China. From 1995/09~1990/07, he earned his B.S. in Industrial Automation from Wuhan University of Technology. He has mainly engaged in research work on the intelligentization of offshore fishing engineering equipment, image recognition technology based on deep learning and embedded system development. He served as an expert of China Engineering Education Professional Accreditation: Electronic Information and Electrical Engineering Professional Accreditation Committee, director of Shanghai Association of Engineering Training and Education in Colleges and Universities, and so on. He has presided over and participated in more than 10 projects under the 14th Five-Year National Key R&D Program, Shanghai Science and Technology Commission's scientific research program and enterprises' lateral projects.

Binbin Li holds a B.S., M.S., and M.S. from the College of Engineering Science and Technology, Shanghai Ocean University. From 2023/09~2026/06, he earned his Master of Mechanical Engineering from Shanghai Ocean University. From 2019/09~2023/06, he earned his B.S. in Computer Science, Shanghai Ocean University. He presented a paper at the 2024 IEEE International Conference on e-Business Engineering, entitled Prediction of Chinese squid price index based on an LSTM model.

Liang Hejun holds a PhD (Postdoctoral) degree from the University of Reading, UK, and he is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Computer Science at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. He holds a PhD in Management Science and Engineering from Fudan University, and an M.S. degree in Software Engineering. His main research interests include Big Data and Blockchain3. He has taught in areas of blockchain technology principles and applications, data analysis and decision making, cold chain logistics.
