Nagayamma Aragão has a master's degree in geography and is a lecturer and researcher at Ensino Lusófona, where she coordinates the research group CIDATE | Citizen science in the appropriation and understanding of the territory. She has been working on urban and river ecosystems projects, including RUN (Naturalized Urban Rivers), ECS (European Citizen Science), and the COST Actions CA20134 (TRACTS) and CA21166 (SHiFT), resulting in national and international publications and communications. She collaborates in scientific editions and is the author and co-author of several chapters and articles, and is a reviewer for the journal Astrágalo. Her work focuses on sustainable resource management, combining technical and participatory knowledge for effective governance, with an interest in the intersection between territorial planning, social justice, and citizen science. Nagayamma Aragão is a PhD-student in Urban Planning at the Universidade Lusófona, Lisbon.
Prof. Dr. Carlos Smaniotto Costa is a full professor of Urban Ecology and Urban Landscape at the Dept of Architecture and Urban Planning at Universidade Lusófona and a researcher associate at the Interdisciplinary Research Centre for Architecture, Urbanism and Design (CIAUD University of Lisbon). He is a graduated Landscape Architect and a PhD holder in Urban and Environmental Planning from the University of Hanover/Germany. He has coordinated and contributed to several national and international research projects and networks. His research activities reside in the synergistic potential of environment and nature conservation for urban contexts, urban and landscape design, and the co-creation of public open spaces. Smaniotto has edited several international books and has publications in professional journals in Portuguese, English, German, and Italian.
Ruben Domingos, born in Huambo, is a son of Angola. He has a
degree in Architecture from the Lusíada University of Angola, a postgraduate
degree in Urban and Spatial Planning and Environmental Law from the Center for
Studies in Planning, Urbanism and Environmental Law (CEDOUA) at the University
of Coimbra and a Master's degree in Regional and Urban Planning from
Heriot-Watt University. He is a PhD-student in Urban Planning at the
Universidade Lusófona, Lisbon.
Job Francisco is a legal expert who is a specialist in public
procurement at the Portuguese Catholic University (UCP) and Sérvulo &
Associados. Job Francisco has a pedagogical aggregation degree from the
Catholic University of Angola (UCAN) and is a jurist with specialization in
Forensic and Economic Law at UCAN, a lecturer at the Faculty of Law of UCAN, a
trainer in Public Procurement at the National School of Administration and
Public Policy, certified by the Training Center for Trainers (CENFFOR)
Luanda-Angola, and a specialist in Legistics (technique of drafting normative
acts) from the Agostinho Neto University, Angola. Job Francisco is a Master's
student in Business Law at the Catholic University of Angola.
