Mónica Zabala Haro received her B.S. in networking, telecommunication, and electronic engineering from Escuela Superior Politécnica de Chimborazo, Riobamba, Ecuador, in 2011, and her M.Sc. degree in global navigation satellite systems from École Nationale de l’Aviation Civile, Toulouse, France, in 2015. Mónica Zabala Haro is currently pursuing her Ph.D. degree in geomatic engineering at the Universitat Politècnica de València. Her current research interests include smartphone positioning, smartphone GNSS antennas, and mobile network positioning.
Ángel Martín Furonés studied surveying at the Technical University of Catalunya in Barcelona and geodesy and cartography at the Technical University of Valencia, and he obtained a doctorate in geodesy, cartography, and GIS at the Technical University of Valencia in 2001. Ángel Martín Furonés is a lecturer professor at the Department of Cartographic Engineering, Geodesy, and Photogrammetry at the Technical University of Valencia. His main research areas include GNSS, physical geodesy, and geophysics. Ángel Martín Furonés was the research manager of the department from 2012 to 2021, and is now the director of the department.
Ana Anquela Julian holds a Ph.D. in geodetic engineering, cartography, and GIS from the UPV. She is a lecturer in the Department of Cartographic Engineering, Geodesy, and Photogrammetry at the Polytechnic University of Valencia. Her main research focuses include deformation control using different techniques; GNSS through the development of positioning software, PPP, etc.; and physical geodesy through the determination of geoid models and applied gravimetry. In recent years, she has worked in the field of geospatial-based massive data analyses using big data techniques and GNSS reflectometry. In terms of management merits, Ana Anquela Julian is currently the University Ombudsperson of the Universitat Politècnica de Valencia since March 2022.
