Prof. Dr. Kathrin Holzermayr L. Rosenfield is a Full Professor of Philosophy, Literature, and Aesthetics at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. She is a member of the Brazilian Association of Comparative Literature, the Brazilian Association of Germanistic Studies, the Riograndense Academy of Letters (chair number 36), and the UK advisory board of the Knapp Foundation. She is also a Researcher and a Research Group Leader at CNPq, a Researcher and Founder of the Centre for European and German Studies (CDEA), and an Honorary Consul of the Republic of Austria. Her research interests include interdisciplinary research between literature, philosophy, historical anthropology, aesthetics, and psychoanalysis.
