Prof. Dr. Fengzhen Tang obtained her B. Eng. in Software Engineering and M.Sc in Computer Science and Technology from Northeastern University, Shenyang, China, in 2009 and 2011, respectively. Then, she earned her Ph.D. in Computer Science from the School of Computer Science, University of Birmingham, Birmingham, UK, in 2015. Since 2023, she has been working as a Researcher at the State Key Laboratory of Robotics, Shenyang Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Her research interests include machine learning, artificial intelligence, intelligent robotics and computational neuroscience.
Prof. Dr. Yukai Wang obtained his Bachelor’s degree from Nanjing University of Technology in 2005. Then, he received his Master’s and Ph.D. degrees from Shandong University in 2008 and 2011, respectively. Since 2011, he has been working at the Institute of Zoology, Chinese Academy of Sciences and is currently an Associate Researcher. His research interests include stem cell fate regulation, neural regeneration and neural organoid construction.
