Dr. Bo Wu is currently a senior assistant professor with the
School of Computer Science, Tokyo University of Technology. He is also a
Research Fellow with the Advanced Research Center for Human Sciences, Waseda
University, and DS Lab., Kansai University. He received his Ph.D. degree in
human sciences from Waseda University, Tokyo, Japan, in 2015. He is a member of
IEEE CS and the Information Processing Society of Japan. He has been engaged in
the research fields of the Internet of Things (IoT), information and computer
science, and social and human informatics. His current research interests
include human motion capture, eye-movement analysis, machine learning and big
data analysis, and human-centered application system development.
Dr. Siyu Zhou is an Associate Professor at the School
of Public Health, Hangzhou Normal University. He graduated from Hangzhou Normal
University with a bachelor’s degree in 2010, received a master’s degree (social
medicine and health management) from Waseda University in Japan in 2014, and a
doctorate (social medicine and health management) from Waseda University in
Japan in 2019. In 2019, he joined Hangzhou Normal University to engage in
teaching and research in health management and policy. He presided over 10
scientific research projects of various types and participated in 15 projects,
including the National Natural Science Foundation, Japan Society for the
Promotion of Science, Zhejiang Province Soft Science, and Zhejiang Provincial
Health Commission-led projects. He is a member of the Professional
Committee on Health Management for Persons with Disabilities, the China
Disabled Persons’ Federation Disability Development Research Association, and
the Japan Public Health Association. His research topics mainly include health
management and policy, digital health governance, and health governance for
vulnerable populations.
