Dr. Bonface Ombasa Manono is an Extension Professor at Colorado State University, USA. He received a Ph.D. from the University of Otago, Dunedin, New Zealand in 2014; a M.Sc. from University of the West of Scotland, U.K.; a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from Egerton University, and a B.Sc. in Biology from Maseno University. From 2015 to 2023, he was a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer at the South Eastern Kenya University, Kenya. He is a Lead expert of the National Environment Management Authority-Kenya, a Professional Teacher of the Teachers Service Commission-Kenya, and a member of the British Ecological Society, the Soil Science Society of America, the American Society of Agronomy, and former member of the New Zealand Society of Soil Science. His research interests include Irrigation, Soil, Water, Drought, Environment, and Waste Management.
Mr. Kelvin Mutugi Kithaka hold M.S.c in Ecology and Environment Studies from Nalanda University India 2023 and B.S.c in Environmental Conservation and Natural resource Management from South Eastern Kenya University 2020. He is an Associate expert in Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) and Environment Audit(EA) at National Environment Management Authority in Kenya.He has 4 years of experience in environmental conservation and natural resource management. He currently serves as volunteer Chairperson of Technical Committee at Kiambere Hill Forest Association in Kenya. His research interest include climate change, water governance, biodiversity conservation, rural agriculture and environmental policy.
