Rambaboo Singh has over 25 years of experience in thermal power plant operation, maintenance, and transmission systems. An engineering graduate (1995), he holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Power Plant Engineering from NPTI, Durgapur (1996). He currently serves as Chief Engineer (Operation & Maintenance) at Bihar State Power Transmission Company Limited, where he leads critical infrastructure development initiatives. His contributions have been recognized with multiple awards, reflecting his commitment to technical excellence and the advancement of power systems in Bihar. Presently, he is also pursuing his Ph.D from NIT Patna.
Ramesh Kumar received the Ph.D. degree in Power Systems from Patna University, Patna, India, in 2009. He is currently a Head of department and Professor at the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Institute of Technology Patna, Patna, India. His current research focuses on power system operation and control.
Dr. Utkarsh Raj received his B.E degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology (BIT) Mesra, Ranchi Jharkhand in 2015, M.Tech in Control System from National Institute of Technology (NIT) Patna, Bihar in 2017 and Ph.D in Electrical Engineering at NIT Patna in 2024. He worked as an Assistant Professor from 2018-2022 at Motihari College of Engineering, Motihari, Bihar and is currently working as an Assistant Professor at Government Engineering College Buxar, Bihar since 2023. His research interest is Application of soft computing techniques for power system dynamics and control.
Ravi Shankar received his Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad, India. His research interest includes soft computing and FACTS application in power system design. Dr. Shankar is presently working as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Institute of Technology (NIT) Patna, India.
