Prof. Dr. Radwan Qasrawi is a distinguished professor with dual appointments in the Department of Computer
Science and Information Technology at Al-Quds University, and the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Istinye University, Turkey. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Al-Quds University and a PhD in Information and Communication Technologies engineering from Pompeu Fabra
University, Spain. With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Qasrawi specializes in health informatics and biomedical engineering, both in research and teaching. He has led numerous research groups, inspiring highly motivated researchers across the domains of technology, health, medicine, mental health, and education. Dr. Qasrawi has successfully managed over 90 national and
international research projects, earning multiple accolades from various funding agencies for his leadership. He is the founder of the Technology Innovation Center at Al-Quds University and the East Mediterranean Food Data Bank, as well as the innovator behind the Cloud Nutrition Intelligent System.
