Dr. Qian Li is an Associate Professor at Southwest Petroleum
University. She completed her PhD studies in Power Systems and Automation at
the School of Electrical Information, Sichuan University, and has been awarded
the Second Prize in the Sichuan Provincial Science and Technology Progress
Award, and the Third Prize in the Electric Power Construction Science and
Technology Progress Award. Her research topics mainly include Energy System
Operation and Control, Intelligent Perception of Energy Systems, Carbon Monitoring,
and Carbon Measurement.
