Tong Wang received a B.S. degree and Ph.D. degree from Dalian Maritime University, Dalian, China in 2015 and 2022. He is currently a post-doctoral researcher at the College of Computing and Data Science, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. His research interests include object detection and segmentation based on deep learning.

Bingxin Liu (Member, IEEE) was born in Shandong Province, China, in 1984. He received a B.S. degree in geographical information science from Northeast Normal University, Changchun, China, in 2008, and a Ph.D. degree in environmental science from Dalian Maritime University, Dalian, China, in 2013. He is currently a Professor at the Navigation College of Dalian Maritime University. His research interests include the surveillance of vessels using remote sensing, remote sensing mechanisms, and deep learning. Dr. Liu was the recipient of the second prize of the National Technological Invention Award and the first prize of the Liaoning Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award.

Peng Chen was born in Dalian, Liaoning, China, in 1982. He received a B.S. degree in geographical information science from the China University of Geosciences, Wuhan, China, in 2005, and a Ph.D. degree in environmental science from Dalian Maritime University, Dalian, China, in 2012. He is currently an Associate Professor at the Dalian Maritime University. His research interests include machine learning and remote sensing image processing.
