Rafael Martínez Martín is a Full Professor at the University of Granada (Spain). He received his Doctorate in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Granada, with Extraordinary Doctorate Award. He was Vice-Dean of Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Internship Programs at the Faculty of Political Science and Sociology of the University of Granada (2008-2012), Director of the Official Master's Program in Social Problems: Management and Administration of Social Programs (2016-2018), and currently serves as the Head of the Department of Sociology at the University of Granada (Spain). He is the author of several books and articles in scientific journals on the topics of labor market, professional integration, and social welfare. He has worked as a visiting professor at L'École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales in Paris. Currently, his research interests are focused on the Labor Market, Social Indicators, and Social Welfare.
Teresa T. Rodríguez Molina: Lecturer in Sociology in the Department of Business Organization, Marketing and Sociology, University of Jaén, Spain. PhD in Sociology from the University of Granada. Member of the Research Group "Social Problems in Andalusia" (SEJ-129) of the Department of Sociology of the University of Granada. Author and co-author published in several scientific journals and also book chapters focused on Precariousness, Labour Market, Capitalism and Neoliberalism interlacing, also in different communications in National and International Congresses, especially focused on Precariousness and Social Time relationship, Happiness-Quality of life, or Discomfort and Discontent, but also not forgetting Western Individualism or the concepts of Relativism and Objectivity, as a knowledge problem (theoretical-methodological) across all Human Welfare Studies.
