Gaeun Kim, PhD, RN, is a professor in the College of Nursing at Keimyung University, South Korea. She earned her doctoral degree in nursing from Yonsei University and has accumulated over 15 years of academic and clinical experience, particularly in pediatric and critical care nursing. Her primary research interests include infection control practices, nursing ethics, end-of-life care, and healthcare workforce development. Dr. Kim currently serves as an associate editor for the Journal of Korean Academy of Nursing Science and actively participates in various academic and professional committees focused on advancing nursing education and practice.
