Dr. Jingjing Zhang holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Nanjing University. He is currently an associate professor in the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at Nanjing University. Prior to his current position, he was a postdoctoral researcher at the School of Life Sciences, Nanjing University (2011–2012), and a postdoctoral research associate at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC, 2012–2018). He then worked at GlucoSentient, Inc., before joining Nanjing University in 2019. Dr. Jingjing Zhang’s research areas include the development and clinical application of portable in vitro diagnostic devices, the design and biomedical applications of PROTAC molecules, and in vivo imaging probes based on functional nucleic acid and gene editing technology.
