Viviana Soares Pinto holds a PhD in Applied Psychology from the University of Minho and is currently an assistant professor on the faculty of Philosophy and Social Sciences, Universidade Católica Portuguesa. Her main research interests lie in the field of work and organizational psychology, with a particular focus on occupational safety culture, psychosocial risks, and professional quality of life. She has published in international peer-reviewed journals and has been actively involved in supervising research projects and master’s dissertations in this domain.
Isabel Soares Silva holds a PhD in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Minho, where she is an assistant professor. Her main research interest lies in understanding the factors that foster healthy and safe organizational environments, and she has published widely on the topic. This focus also extends to supervising dissertation projects and leading organizational
consulting initiatives.

Daniela Costa holds a PhD in Applied Psychology from the University of Minho. In recent years, she has dedicated her research to the area of work and organizational psychology, namely addressing topics such as working hours, especially shift work, and
work–family relationships. She has published several articles and book chapters in addition to participating in numerous national and international scientific meetings.
