Muhammad Usama received an M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from Chosun University, South Korea, in 2020 and 2024, respectively. In 2024, he joined the Research and Development Division of ESIGELEC, Rouen, France, where he is currently with the Automation and Control Division. He is actively involved in several research projects addressing the control of electric drive systems and grid-connected converters. His research interests include sensorless control, AI-driven control, predictive control, and optimization, with a particular focus on developing advanced converter control strategies for power conversion applications.
