Dr. Ricardo Mendoza-González is a Full-time Professor at the Department of Systems and Computing, Tecnológico Nacional de México/IT Aguascalientes. He earned his Ph.D., and Master’s degrees in Computer Science from Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes, México; and Bachelor’s in Informatics from Instituto Tecnológico de Aguascalientes, in 2009, 2007, and 2004, respectively. He collaborates with researchers from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology, Universidad de Alcalá, Universidad de La Habana, among others. His research interests include human-computer interaction, usability, design thinking, HCI, UX, user-centered design, innovation processes, software engineering, information security, and artificial intelligence.
