Dr. Hongyu Yang is a Professor and the Ph.D. supervisor with the National Key Laboratory of Fundamental
Science on Synthetic Vision, Sichuan University, Chengdu, China. She received M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Sichuan University, Chengdu, China, in 1991 and 2008, respectively. She was awarded as the Air Traffic Control Expert by
the State Department and received the First Prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award, China. Her research
interests include intelligence optimization, air traffic management, and image processing.
