Peng Hu is a Professor at the School of Fisheries and Life Sciences, Shanghai Ocean University. He received his PhD from the Institute of Genetics and Developmental Biology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and completed postdoctoral training at the Perelman School of Medicine, University of Pennsylvania. His research focuses on the development and application of single-cell multi-omics technologies to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying disease resistance and temperature stress adaptation in fish.
