Author Biographies

Dr. Jay Mehta is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics at Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidyanagar, India. He earned his Ph.D. in Mathematics from Harish-Chandra Research Institute (HRI), Prayagraj (Allahabad), in 2015 and his M.Sc. from Sardar Patel University in 2008. Before joining Sardar Patel University in 2016, he was a Postdoctoral Researcher at The Institute of Mathematical Sciences (IMSc), Chennai. Dr. Mehta’s research focuses on Number Theory, including multiple zeta functions, modular forms, analytic number theory, and arithmetical functions. His work extends to Cryptography, particularly elliptic curve cryptography, key exchange, and digital signatures. He has received several honors, including the UGC-BSR Start-Up Research Grant (₹10 lakhs) for 2018–2020.
Mr. Hitarth Rana is currently pursuing his PhD degree in the field of Cryptography in PG Department of Mathematics, Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidyanagar, India. He has completed his B.Sc. from V.P. & R.P.T.P. Science College, Vallabh Vidyanagar and M.Sc. from PG Department of Mathematics, Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidyanagar. He has ten months of teaching experience as a visiting lecturer in R. R. Lalan College, Bhuj, India. He is a member of Gujarat Ganit Mandal, India.
